How it works

  • Group: 7 CEOs
  • Duration: 10 months
  • Location: Sofia (virtual option when travelling)
  • Format:  1 live session of 3 hours per month
  • Compliment: 2 individual executive coaching meetings per participant

Each session includes:

  • Peer-led dialogue on real leadership cases brought by the participants
  • Facilitated discussion in the format similar to that of a sounding board
  • Guided reflection & perspective-building
Between sessions:
  • All participants prepare mentally to ensure depth and focus
  • Two CEOs get access to individual executive coaching meetings between the sessions  (rotating across the group)
